The Office for
Victims of Crime (OVC) Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside
Formula Grant Program provides support to tribal communities to enhance
services for victims of crime through activities that address the needs of a
wide variety of crime victims in tribal communities. This noncompetitive
program is open only to federally recognized tribal governments (applying
individually or as consortia) and Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANSCA)
regional corporations, and their designees.

Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from 3 – 4:30 pm EST for the FY 2022 Tribal Victim
Services Set-Aside Formula Grant Program and to help you prepare for the
two-phase application process. To register please click here.
During this
informational pre-application webinar, OVC staff will discuss the purpose and
goals of the FY 2022 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Grant Program.
Presenters will also review eligibility requirements and the application
process (specifically the population certification phase), and address
frequently asked questions.
Participation in this
webinar, although encouraged, is optional, and is not required for the
submission.
If your tribe
intends to participate in the FY 2022 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula
Grant Program, you must submit the Population
Certification form to [email protected]
by 11:59 p.m. (Alaska time) on February
15, 2022. Include “Population Certification Form” in the subject of your
email.
Population
certifications will be used to determine formula award amounts for each
applicant. Those applicants will then be invited to submit a full application
under a subsequent solicitation to be released later in 2022.
